Waterstone Subdivision: Great View Near Hiwassee River

Waterstone subdivision offers outstanding mountain views near Reliance as well as easy access to the Hiwassee River with its great fly fishing for trophy trout. It also is just minutes away from great canoeing, kayaking, rafting and tubing for the whole family. Waterstone also offers quick access to Hwy 411 for those commuting to work. I was up there this weekend and snapped a couple of photos of the great views! If all of that is not enough this Subdivision has a 5 acres community park right on the Hiwassee river!

Update: Hiwassee Preserve

I was out doing some photography of the folks out fly fishing this morning on the Hiwassee River and on the way by I took a few photos to bring everyone the latest at the Hiwassee Preserve Subdivision. I did not realize it before but the Fly Shop is an Orvis Fly Rod Dealer. Here are the photos.

Fly Fisherman's Dream: Hiwassee Preserve

Hiwassee Preserve is a brand new subdivision coming up that should have lots available starting in late September. This subdivisions will offer lots on and near the Hiwassee River with its world class trout fishing! This is really a new development for the Reliance area and Polk County and should encourage river enthusiasts to make a little bit of this paradise their own. The lots will be in the mid $100,000 and up and will have strict covenants as well as an architectural review committee in-order to keep this development as pristine as possible. There is even a fly shop right in the development it self. We also expect to see eco-tours coming available soon as well. If you are planing on moving to the Reliance area or just want a place for a getaway or retirement home where you can fly-fish right from your back door then stop by Hiwassee Preserve. Welcome

I created this blog to help folks who are looking at subdividing and or developing find the local resources and information to make this happen smoothly and effectively. I will also highlight New Subdivisions and market conditions as I see them developing.

Sincerely,

Craig Harding
