Hiwassee Preserve is a brand new subdivision coming up that should have lots available starting in late September. This subdivisions will offer lots on and near the Hiwassee River with its world class trout fishing! This is really a new development for the Reliance area and Polk County and should encourage river enthusiasts to make a little bit of this paradise their own. The lots will be in the mid $100,000 and up and will have strict covenants as well as an architectural review committee in-order to keep this development as pristine as possible. There is even a fly shop right in the development it self. We also expect to see eco-tours coming available soon as well.
